I don’t want you to settle on the mind frame of “it is what it is” because I’m here to tell you there are solutions!
My mission is to help women reduce and treat pregnancy symptoms for good. Then, without the added overwhelm and anxiety of managing those symptoms, you can alter your focus to nourishing your body for baby to grow and thrive.
Unlike relying on general nutritional advice and supplementing multiple medications, I will use a food-first natural approach to tailor recommendations for your specific pregnancy needs while focusing on what is most beneficial for baby.
